BLog By Steve C #5 of "My Obsession with My Obscenely Large Collection of Brushes for Procreate!"

Hello and welcome back!  So nice to see you all again!  Who'd have believed that I'd be on BLob #5 And here we are!  Thank you all for taking the time out to read me again!  And if you are here for the first time!  Welcome!  Golly, so many exclamation points!  I must be very excited for this weeks brush!  I am!  Let's try that again... deepening voice... throat cleared... "I am."

If you were with me last week, you know I started out using a stamp brush - Looked like a window.

If you don't have any idea what I am talking about HERE IS THE LINK TO LAST WEEK'S BLog.

This week's brush is the same.  As I said last week, I found the brush to be very cool to play with.  You can do amazing things with this brush if you just let you mind wonder!  The first thing I tried this time was to see if the brush would make a line, it didn't.  You only get one stamp per tap on the class in Procreate.  That didn't deter me.  I was bound to get the stamp across the top of the page in a straight line.  It worked for me or a few minutes.  I was thinking wanted to do the piece as a series of tombstones that grow as they come near you in the picture.  I still may attempt that, because now as I write these words, that idea really sounds cool!  Just got to figure out the best color palate for it.  But this week instead I ended up with what my wife lovingly calls IRobot and I have dubbed IRobotTwo:

.

Here is this week's brush.  Pretty Cool way to create art in Procreate you can do so much with it, especially when you use Procreate's built in tools.    Try with I used with Draw Assist on, or I love to use Liquify.  I also used Motion Blur and Gaussian Blur on it great success in creating a three-dimensional look to it.

As always my dear readers - Procreate is a fun way to let your creativity flow!  Pick a brush and have fun!  IF you like the BLog, feel free to pass it onto your friends, family, anybody that might like what I have to say about Procreate Brushes!

Until next time here are my disclaimers -

1. I am not the makers of these brushes I tell you about.  I found them for free or bought all of the brushes.

2. If you like the brushes you see used, feel free to Google them.
This weeks feature brushes can be found here - PatriciaDknyStudio

3. I’m not selling anything other than my artwork, which if you are so inclined feel free to visit my website www.artworkbystevecarpentier.com.  I have a great collection of my older works for your perusal.

4. This week's piece is for sale and can be purchased here -  IRobotTwo

5.  If you like something in my blogs let me know - I’ll printout on canvas an 11x14 print for a mere  - $125.00 + shipping.

That is it for now.  Thanks for your time.  You may return to further browsing
